Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We cannot accept returns on soaps, skincare or gift cards.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged (or missing) merchandise. Please include photos of damaged items and shipping container so we can follow up with the courier.
