Gail Goldman, Founder & CEO, is a designer and business owner whose career began in the field of architecture and subsequently branched out into product, package, user-interface, graphic design, and art direction. Gail holds two U.S. Patents for a product developed and successfully brought to market. This interdisciplinary experience provided her with the depth and breadth of knowledge needed to excel in the field of design education. Gail holds degrees in Equine Management, Architecture and a Master’s in Communication Design. She is an amateur equestrian, yoga practitioner, and dog enthusiast.
Carol DeLacy, CFO, is an equestrian professional and business owner who manages the care and training of horses and dogs. She works with other equestrians to improve their skills and their horses’ training, making them more competitive at the highest levels. Carol has owned a retail tack shop and has competed successfully in top-rated national and international equestrian competitions. She also holds the highest rating as a Judge for the United States Equestrian Federation. Carol has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing.
